Brian A. Kane, esq. Principal
A transplanted native Floridian, Brian's practice is concentrated in domestic, civil and commercial litigation, business law and estate planning and administration. Brian holds a B.A. from Florida State University, a graduate degree from Jacksonville (Florida) University and a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University, where he was an Editor of the Dickinson Law Review. Brian is a certificated mediator with specialty qualifications in issues related to domestic law. He serves as the Chairman of the Animal Control Authority for Washington County, and is a member of the American, Maryland State, and Washington County Bar Associations. He is a past Director of the Washington County Bar Association and of the Maryland Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL). Brian is married and has three delightful children.
