Roger K. Bain Esq.
Roger was raised in Arlington, Virginia. He graduated with a B.A. from Columbia Union College and worked for three years as a Peoples' Court Probation Officer in Montgomery County, Maryland. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore and clerked for the Hon. H. Ralph Miller in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland before beginning to practice with Wheeler & Korpeck, LLC. Roger practiced for twenty-eight years with Wheeler & Korpeck, primarily in the areas of land use and administrative law in Montgomery and surrounding counties. He is a past president of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce and has been with Poole & Kane, P.A. since relocating to Waynesboro, Pennsylvania in January 2004.
